Scott here, the man behind SMVF.
I'm an online fitness and nutrition coach helping busy professionals lose body fat, build muscle and develop long-term discipline around their health.
After years of coaching clients across the world, my approach focuses on sustainable structure rather than quick fixes. My coaching combines evidence-based training, practical nutrition strategies and real accountability to help clients create results that actually last.
Having worked with people ranging from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers, my specialty is helping clients simplify fitness and nutrition so it fits into real life.
